Our way of producing coffee is very different from the industrial processing methods; these have to use technological and mechanical systems, in order to produce large quantities and this has nothing to do with the artisanal manufacturing to realize this product.

To manufacture our gourmet product we use no less than 5 different coffee types wisely combined together, with roasting time of about 28-29 minutes (low roasting); in fact big multinationals roast the coffee in no more than 4 minutes, selling a purposefully and surely “bitter” coffee, leaving the palate with that typical acid taste of industrial coffee.

Therefore, we suggest selected gourmet coffee blends, with a full and persistent aroma, unique taste and flavour in the mouth.
