Production process

Our product is processed in a pollution-free hill area, at about 600 meters above the sea level, where the working processes are carried out by our highly-skilled co-workers.

The raw material processing context is important, since the air molecules, the vibrational noise and therefore the clean, natural and quiet environment strongly affect the final product. . The coffee is indeed a catalyser and by “taking on” the substances of its surroundings, it becomes “very responsive” “absorbing” these environmental factors. Thanks to our clean air context, a natural environment free of “industrial” noises we manage to obtain a first-rate product.

We suggest a selected blend, with a different and specific aroma, according to our personal “recipe” and a unique taste and flavour.

Artisan production

We usually employ 32 days from the order to the delivery, to realize our product. That is because our goal is to offer a high quality product, which doesn’t lose its peculiar features, preserving its aroma and fragrance.

The only way to do this is avoiding storage of finished product and selling it at a later time. Those ones who manage artisan roasteries perfectly know that stocking the product doesn’t guarantee to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics of coffee.

In this way we grant an important product guarantee, namely our coffee always stays fresh, since it is left to season and then processed only on specific request; it never comes from unsold stock.

We meticulously choose the raw materials for our coffee

We have travelled all around the world until finding suppliers able to guarantee high product standards to get our first-rate coffee.

We purchase high-quality origin products, at a generally higher price, which are unprocessed and not washed with “unknown” source agents. These allow us to obtain a product “unique” in its kind, through our roasting processes with stone milling systems.

At the moment we receive the raw materials, we carry out an additional meticulous analysis in order to remove all product that doesn’t comply with our quality standards.
